Vegan French Toast
If you are in need of a french toast recipe without allergens that many people struggle with (eggs, milk, soy or nuts) this is the French Toast for you. No depriving your taste buds here.

Ingredients
  1. 3 ripe bananas
  2. 1 cup Unsweetened Hemp Milk (or dairy free "milk" of choice)
  3. 2 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (optional, but great for Fall & Winter)
  5. 1 TBSP Vanilla
  6. 2 TBSP ground chia or flax meal
  7. 6-8 slices GF (gluten free) bread of choice
  8. 2 TBSP Coconut oil for the skillet
Instructions
  1. Blend first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor. Once well blended poor into a shallow wide dish
  2. Gently dip bread slices into the mixture, coating both sides
  3. In a medium high skillet cook the french toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side
  4. Serve with maple syrup or honey and enjoy!
