Ingredients
  1. 1 Bunch Curly Kale
  2. 1/2 TBS EVOO (I like Braggs)
  3. 1.5 TBS nutritional yeast
  4. 1/2 tsp each of chili powder, onion powder, smoked paprika
  5. 1/4 tsp fine grain sea salt or Himalayan sea salt
  6. 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300F. Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry leaves well. Remove stems from the leaves and tear up into bite sized pieces. Stems can be frozen and used for smoothies
  3. Place leaves in a large bowl add the oil, and massage well into all the nooks and cranies of the leaves. Now add the spices and again using your hands massage well into leaves.
  4. Place leaves in a single layer NOT overlapping onto the prepared baking sheet
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes being careful to watch the last 5 minutes or so. When it’s done it’s done
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool about 3 minutes
Notes
  1. Best when enjoyed shortly after removing from the oven. Kale chips tend to lose their crispiness the next day.
