  1. 4 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  2. 6 ounces water
  3. 6 TBS pumpkin puree-Not pumpkin pie filling
  4. 1/4 avocado (1/4 per person)
  5. 2 large handfuls spinach
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
  7. 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  8. 2 scoops Arbonne vanilla protein Shake
  9. ice
  1. Place all ingredients into your blender, and blend until smooth
  1. I prefer to add a health fat to my shakes, for brain health and so they stay with me longer. The avocado adds no flavor, just health benefits and thickens up your shake.
