Ingredients
  1. 1 cup raw almonds (see note below)
  2. 4 kale leaves
  3. 1 TBS chia seeds
  4. 1TBS ground flax seed
  5. 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
  6. 1 tsp Spirulina
  7. 1/4-1/2 avocado
  8. 1/2 cucumber, peeled (I like the wrapped Hothouse cucumbers)
  9. 1 cup water
  10. ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
Notes
  1. Soaking raw nuts and seeds makes them more digestable for some that have difficulty digesting nuts and seeds. When softer they will blend better as well...I don't mind having a few pieces and don't have trouble digesting nuts, so I skip this step. Your call.
