Ingredients
  1. Coconut oil, for brushing pan
  2. 1 cup raw creamy almond butter
  3. 1/3 cup maple syrup
  4. 3 cage free organic eggs
  5. 1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
  6. 1/2 cup full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. 3/4 tsp baking soda
  9. 1 tsp cinnamon
  10. 1/2 tsp cardamom
  11. pinch of sea salt
  12. 3 1/2 oz chocolate morsels
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brush the bottom and sides of an 8x8 inch glass pan with coconut oil
  2. In a bowl, blend together ALL ingredients except the chocolate bar/chips. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl and blend again. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25-27 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Keep in mind that you want the center slightly gooey, as it will continue to cook out of the oven.
  4. Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing
