  1. 1c “milk” of choice (I generally use Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk)
  2. 1TBS Raw Cacao Powder
  3. 1 tsp Organic Vanilla
  4. 1 ripe Banana
  5. 1 dropper Vanilla Stevia
  6. 4 TBS Chia Seeds
  1. Put the first 5 ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour contents into a mason jar or any container with a tight fitting lid
  3. Add chia seeds and shake
  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
  1. There is no cooking time, but there is "setting" time. Place the pudding in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to thicken and set.

  3. Fresh Berries
  4. Raw nuts
